Shipping method: airfreight to local UK and then start delivery

Your order is managed and delivered by our sales and delivery professionals who take great care to meet your scheduled delivery times, set up and consult you about the products you have purchased in your order, and show you how to use it.

Shipping cost: no extra shipping cost to the customer

Delivery time

It takes 7-10 working days for delivery.

We provide and set up scheduled delivery times for you according to your schedule, and set up and demonstrate your products at home. So, typically, it may take 30 minutes for delivery, depending on what you ordered and what demo you need

1. The only delivery company on this shopping website is a courier service.

2. We do not accept delivery by other companies.

3. Overseas deliveries are not handled.

4. Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the goods have been dispatched.  

Notes:

1. If your order has not been shipped within one hour of placing your order, please contact customer service to cancel your order.

   * Please note that cancellation after shipment is not possible.

2. Delivery may be delayed if there is a concentration of orders, if we are temporarily out of stock, or before or after consecutive holidays. Please understand.

3. If we are unable to contact you due to an unknown address or long-term absence at the time of delivery of the goods, we will send them back to us.

4. Please note: If you pay by credit card, the tax will be borne by us.

5. Please note that online payment (e.g. credit card) orders will incur a cancellation fee (please contact customer service for a refund).
